Welcome to Piedmont Cares
Piedmont CARES is a non-profit organization that supports adults with disabilities and their families. Our social, recreational, and educational programs are for people with disabilities who are 16 years or older. By providing these opportunities we hope to bridge the gap for students graduating from their high school program and entering into their adulthood. Our mission is to create a welcoming environment for individuals with disabilities and their families, by coordinating opportunities for friendship and learning. Above all, we are dedicated to helping all individuals reach their full potential.

BASEBALL GAME & COOKOUT
Please join us for the Kannapolis Intimidators baseball game on Sunday June 30th. We will meet at the stadium at 3:30 for a cookout and then we will go to the game at 5:00. This event is FREE for all Piedmont CARES families. Parking, tickets and dinner are all included!
